Stars, constellations, galaxies, nebulae, and planets have captivated humans since time immemorial. There isn’t a single person on this tiny blue planet who hasn’t felt a connection with celestial bodies and pondered their role in a larger scheme of events that began with the Big Bang.
The iAstronomer Club is the largest global community of amateur astronomers, where space and astronomy enthusiasts explore and unravel these mysteries together. It is a platform to learn new techniques and skills from astronomers, share ideas and passion, conduct experiments and record astronomical events, work on astrophotography projects, travel to study eclipses and collaborate to experience something out of this world every day.
Here, age is no bar to being a member; the only thing you should have is a curious mind and a never-ending thirst to know the unknown.
Each club session would be a wonderful opportunity to promote experiential learning with hands-on activities to promote every member’s scientific temper and holistic development.

Physical observations are conducted on specific events either by space team or iAstronomers. Virtual observation are conducted and based on that a student would be able to do a physical observation on their own.

The Academic support team sends the session information along with requirements to the registered number and mail a day before the session. A whatsapp group is also created for updates.

Yes, individuals can get enrolled for this program.
This programs runs throughout the year. The sessions are conducted every weekend. Once a level is completed, the student can opt to the next level.
The sessions are conducted every weekend. So a total of 50+ sessions are conducted every year.
A 50mm telescope is provided in the program kit which is optional. It depends on the student if they want to opt it or not.
You can enroll yearly as well as monthly. You can make monthly payment and attend Astronomy sessions for the respective month.
